How to kill a proccess with the Command Prompt

After the post about killing explorer, some people asked me how to kill a process on Windows XP using the Command Prompt.
It’s really easy, all you have to do is type pskill programname.exe [For example: pskill notepad.exe]

To start a process, type start programname.exe
